Mariachi Femenil Orgullo Mexicano is looking for Woman Musicians who:

  • Play Mariachi trumpet, vihuela or guitar

  • Have formal training in their instrument and play at an intermediate to advanced level

  • Know basic Mariachi repertoire (sones, rancheras, boleros, corridos, etc.)

  • Can read sheet music (preferred)

  • Can learn by ear and follow when necessary

  • Preferably have vocal training and can sing (not required)

  • Must be available on weekends for rehearsals and gigs throughout the Bay Area
